In this role, you will work alongside two other dedicated attorneys to provide exceptional legal services in a variety of different practice areas. . Qualified candidates will have substantial experience in litigation practice. Attributes such as a friendly demeanor, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit will significantly contribute to success in this position. THIS IS A FULLY IN-PERSON POSITION. SPANISH-SPEAKING SKILLS ARE REQUIRED.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in various legal matters across multiple areas of law
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents
- Conduct legal research and provide sound legal advice
- Manage case files and maintain client communications
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest quality of service
- Perform discovery and motion writing
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active California bar license
- Previous experience in probate law preferred
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Ability to work effectively in a busy legal environment
