About the Position:

Join our dynamic Newport Beach personal injury law firm as a full-time case manager. You will play a critical role in supporting attorneys and clients throughout the litigation process, from case intake to settlement or trial.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, file, and organize legal documents, including complaints, discovery, and settlement demands.

Conduct legal research and assist in case strategy development.

Gather, review, and summarize medical records, police reports, and other evidence.

Prepare and manage discovery materials and trial exhibits.

Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed and addressing their questions.

Coordinate with medical providers, insurance companies, and expert witnesses.

Track case deadlines and ensure timely filing of all court documents.

Assist attorneys with trial preparation and support.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as a case manager, preferably in a personal injury law firm.

Associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate is a plus.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency with legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compassionate and professional client service skills.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
