File clerk - Law Firm in North Orange County seeks a bright and enthusiastic individual to work in a busy law firm in the Personal Injury Department. This is an entry level clerk/assistant position with opportunity for growth. General responsibilities include the support of attorney and paralegal, which include:
· Create and maintain files
· Maintain current and accurate information in our database
· Maintain and order office supplies
· Excellent administrative, verbal and written communication skills
· Attention to detail
· Reliable
· Organization skills required
· Accurate typing and prior word processing experience
· Ability to operate computer, scanner, photocopier, and fax machine
. Must be able to think-outside-of-the-box, able to work with little supervision.
