Job description
We are seeking an Entry Level Legal Assistant to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs. THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION ONLY.
Responsibilities:
Comfortable speaking on the phone
Answer new client calls and perform intake
Open new client files
Engage with insurance companies, clients, and medical providers
Request and organize medical records
Ability to multi-task
Detail oriented
Record and store client information
Team leader
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field - preferred but not required
Spanish speaking is preferred but not required
Case management skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Starting pay is $20/hr full time with the ability to get monthly bonuses based on performance. There is an additional monthly stipend for health insurance. We are looking to hire multiple candidates immediately. Please send a copy of your resume and availability to interview.
