We are looking for a Third Attorney to grow with our Office and do good work for the underrepresented in our community. You will make a real difference to the people you represent. We are a small firm that is hiring and accepting applications for an Eviction Defense Attorney.
The current position for this applicant ideally will perform the following tasks: Represent and zealously defend tenants from being evicted in all phases of Unlawful Detainer (Eviction) proceedings. This is a unique opportunity to gain real courtroom experience for a new attorney or an attorney looking to get into litigation for the first time that is not found in other areas of the law. You will be trained and given the tools needed to come through for your clients.
These cases move fast with the typical eviction defense case lasting approximately 45-75 days. Our law firm practices in the following areas: Eviction Defense, Plaintiff’s Personal Injury, and Real Estate Litigation. We never represent Landlords, banks, or insurance companies. There is potential for growth with the firm as well beyond unlawful detainers.
We typically work banker’s hours, Mon-Friday 8:30-5:30 p.m. in the office.
