-6:45am-3:30pm
Duties:
-Build custom wood frames for photographic prints, ensuring precision and attention to detail in every piece.
-Choose specific Wood types to match clients specifications and enhance the aesthetic appeal of the prints.
- Inspect completed frames for defects, ensuring all frames meet the company’s high standards of quality and durability. -Work closely with the design and production teams to understand project requirements and deliver frames that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Maintain an organized inventory of framing materials, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a wood framer, preferably in a professional photographic printing or custom framing setting.
-Proficiency in woodworking tools and machinery, strong attention to detail, and excellent craftsmanship.
- Understanding of different wood types, finishes, and framing techniques.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A keen eye for design and aesthetics, with the ability to enhance the visual appeal of photographic prints through custom framing solutions
