Position now open with a quality oriented residential remodel company based in Orange County since 1993. Looking for an Entry Level Candidate with 1-3 year experience in remodeling/ residential construction. This position will offer training across several trades, so a willingness and ability to learn is a must. Varying daily tasks for this position will involve framing, form setting, electrical, plumbing, demo, casework, and others. Personal experience in any of these trades, or others, should be listed in your resume. This is a remodeling company and multi-tasking across trades will be common.
We are seeking a self-motivated individual that is eager to learn new processes. You must have initiative to get things done without the need for constant supervision, have a good attitude, and be a team player in your work. If you are self motivated and capable of learning how to produce quality work efficiently, then this is the right company for you.
Must be able to communicate effectively, present well, and provide written documentation. Starting position will require some basic tools, reliable transportation, and valid driver's license.
Pay commensurate with experience. English is necessary, but bilingual is a plus.
