We are accepting self-motivated team players for our full-time Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator. We are seeking a careful forklift operator to fulfill orders and move material around our warehouse. Most of your time will be spent operating a forklift safely, pulling orders, preparing pallets for shipment, and being efficient with your time while communicating with our office, your team members and management.

● Monday through Friday: 8 AM to 4:30 PM with occasional overtime
Starting Pay: $21.00 per hour
Requirements & Qualifications: Our ideal qualified candidate will have the following:
● Experience in the tile/flooring industry is a plus
● 1-year forklift experience is a must (knowledge, skills and ability exam will be done during interview)
● Be able to lift upwards of 80 lbs. without restrictions throughout your shift
● Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others and able to communicate in English
● Be self-driven, work well in a team, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
● Ability to multitask effectively and follow through on projects
● Willing to do various warehouse duties as needed by management
● Live within reasonable distance from job (15 miles or less is optimal)
● Be on time to your shift and capable of working your entire shift
● Follow all safety requirements at all times
● Attention to detail, critical thinking and time management are mandatory
● Excellent physical condition and, hand and eye coordination
● Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for your entire shift without restrictions
Experience:
● Forklift experience: 1 year (Required)
● Warehouse experience: 1 year (Required)
