About us

Dry-Out Medics is a small business that started in San Diego, but has expanded to Orange County and Los Angeles. We are a professional and established water mitigation company that has seen substantial growth. We are looking for the right technician to join and grow with our team!

We aren't your average construction company. When you join our team, you join a group of like-minded and capable individuals who are making a name for themselves in California by aiding our clients when disaster strikes. Water restoration is a niche industry that encompasses many other similar industries that we plan on exploring.

As a Water Restoration Technician, you are a vital team member responsible for the mitigation and calculated demolition of clients' homes due to damage caused by water and floods. This is an entry level position with the majority of your responsibilities being in the field working inside our clients' homes. As a small start up business, we are not looking for a technician who only wants a demolition job. We are looking for the right hire who understands what we are creating and follows the processes and systems, which include but aren't limited to studying our projects, recording work completed, and communicating with the team. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and coachable. Someone who follows our core values, which is to always help our clients and stand up for the little guy against the insurance companies. Someone who wants to be a part of creating something new and has a willingness to experiment. There will definitely be taxing days but we also have lighter days where you can take off early if needed. We have fostered a startup work culture and want our team members to come to work happy to be there.

This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, want to grow within a new company and thrive in fast moving environments. You have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and clients and are able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
