Highland Lumber & Mill is hiring General Laborers to join our team! If you’re hardworking, reliable, and enjoy hands-on work, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
Load/unload and move lumber
Assist with cutting, stacking & organizing materials
Use shop tools & equipment (training provided)
Keep work areas safe & clean
Support mill and yard operations
What We’re Looking For
Able to lift 50+ lbs & work on your feet
Comfortable working indoors & outdoors
Reliable, safety-minded, and willing to learn
Experience in labor/construction helpful, but not required
