Corporate Office in Mission Viejo, CA needs responsible person with excellent attendance to maintain our professional business facility.
Duties Include:
Set Conference rooms for meetings and training events: move/rearrange tables, chairs and furniture (must lift 40+ lbs.)
Set-up coffee, tea and beverage stations
Set up luncheons-Deliver Office Supplies, stock copier w/paper
Collect & Wash coffee cups and dishes daily
Clean 3 kitchens daily
Assist in shipping when needed
Replace light bulbs, paint and light building maintenance
Valid Driver License Required-occasional driving
This is not a janitorial position. Hours 10 am-3 pm, M-F (Part-Time)
