Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning and Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning and maintenance services to our clients, ensuring their properties are clean, well-maintained, and safe.
Responsibilities:
- Perform window cleaning services for residential and commercial properties, including interior and exterior windows, frames, and sills.
- Conduct carpet cleaning using industry-standard equipment and techniques, removing stains, dirt, and allergens to restore carpets to a pristine condition.
- Execute air duct cleaning procedures to remove dust, debris, and contaminants, improving indoor air quality and HVAC system efficiency.
- Complete general home maintenance services according to annual maintenance plan.
- Conduct dryer vent cleaning services to prevent fire hazards and improve dryer performance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.
- Utilize cleaning products, tools, and equipment efficiently and effectively to achieve optimal results.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and address any concerns or requests.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of assignments.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
