Supervise approx. 10 program participants per activity room (with additional staff and co-workers, as applicable).
Each activity room has 2 to 4 staff assigned, depending upon how many participants and the needs of the
participants, so no one is providing services by themselves. WE VALUE TEAMWORK
Provide program support and assistance in performing therapeutic activities and ADLs for each participant
assigned to your activity room
Assist in feedings during the program participant’s lunch hour
Assist in personal care (diaper changing, hand and face wiping, etc.) for the program participants
Maintaining tidiness/ neatness / cleanliness of the program participant’s appearance and their activity tools and
supplies
