Responsibilities
Review the Production sheet to understand the variety of baked goods to be produced daily
Safely and appropriately use baking and measuring tools/equipment/appliances to prepare baked foods
Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards, and food prep checklists
Plating desserts and making coffee-based drinks
Monitor the quality of food prepared and portions served throughout the shift
Essential Functions:
Preparing, washing, peeling, and/or cutting various food to be cooked or served to the Company’s standards.
Carrying equipment, food supplies, and utensils to and from work and storage areas.
Ensuring that foods are properly stored and labeled in containers and storage areas
Ensure management is informed of low inventory and equipment not working correctly.
Provide support by preparing and properly presenting all entrée items, side dishes, appetizers, and desserts according to the recipe.
Ensure the quality of all inventory and fresh produce are of the highest standards.
Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas
Requirements
Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work at a quick and efficient pace.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
