WHAT WE SEEK

We are hiring for a Pastry Chef/Line Cook.

This position will be responsible for maintaining all dessert preparation, garnish production and work 2 days on the line.

The schedule will consist of 2 days and 2 nights.

Responsibilities:

The Pastry Specialist is responsible for making weekly desserts for a small lounge

Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, candies etc. following traditional and modern recipes

Works directly with Executive Chef on the creation, development and implementation of new desserts and creative menu development(you will have almost full control of creation, imagination is encouraged)

Work with chefs on the hot line approximately 2 shifts per week.
