Responsibilities:

Understanding architectural needs for engineers.
Read and interpret drawings and blueprints to obtain specifications
Interact with customers, min. site inspections, phone, errands.
Know and Understand City Building Codes, Plan Check Corrections
Skills: experience in construction, landscape, pools, retaining walls, concrete, rebar, wood patio covers.
Knowledge using AutoCAD
Must have the ability to effectively work in a fast paced environment while organizing personal schedule, and managing multiple
projects. Office skills and project set up and presentation for permits.
Must have the ability to solve practical problems, maintain accuracy, quality, and completeness, while carrying out responsibilities
with minimal supervision
Must be able to work as part of a team and communicate well with engineers
Must have strong interpersonal skills
Must be able to set and achieve goals
Must be detail oriented and organized work with an engineer to get plans signed and approved.
