Do you love children, want to be part of a very rewarding experience while earning $? If you have an extra bedroom or two in your home, reliable transportation and live in the Orange/Villa Park/Anaheim Hills area, this hosting gig could be for you! Must be available 7/21-7/27. You can host two students in separate beds in ONE bedroom, or four students in TWO bedrooms. Two students rate is $100/night and $120/night on school nights (we added $10/student on those days so host families can send their hosted students to school with packed lunches) and for four students, $200/night $240/night on school nights.
You provide a loving clean home and some English conversation to our visiting international students, as well as breakfast each morning, rides to and from school, and dinner with the family each evening. It is likely that we will ask the host families to arrange and pack good lunches for their visitors to bring to school, as mentioned above we add $10/student day/student for that. There is also pick-up at the local school when they arrive on Sunday afternoon or evening and drop-off at the school, when they depart on Saturday morning.
All families will have to pass a criminal background checks and a home visit by one of our staff. Homes and especially the bedroom(s) and bathroom(s) that the students will use, must be kept in good clean condition. Internet access and a desk/study area are also necessary. This is a very fun and rewarding experience. We have some families that have been hosting for us since 2014. Families with children get the added bonus of having their kids get to interact, conversate and have fun with their new host brothers and sisters. Families without children in the house are also very much welcome to host with us.
