Healthcare Provider Support (Phone and Online)
Activities to include the following:
Help new medical providers (doctors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants) register and get activated on the Push Health software platform.
Diligently track and manage activation steps.
Support online marketing efforts of medical providers.
Assist in online demos.
Create/edit frequently asked questions in the support center.
Create/edit how to videos.
Identify and prioritize product enhancements based on feedback.
Handle inquiries via phone, email and chat support tools.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of outstanding customer service experience
Awesome communication skills (written and verbal) and a good storyteller
Experience with customer service platforms - we use Help Scout
Strong reading comprehension and superior typing skills
Not a software developer but knows their way around software
Keen attention to detail and a passion for excellence
Friendly, calm and humble
Some knowledge and interest in health care a big plus
