Responsibilities:
Follow up e-mails and phone calls with customers who require approval of doctor before their order is processed.
Reviewing orders upon completion, packaging the order, and calling the customer to notify them that their order is ready for pick up.
Send e-mails or make phone calls to previous customers to generate sales and re-orders.
Requirements:
We need someone who:
Must like talking to patients, motivated to be on the phone and call our existing patients to update and inform them about new health and wellness products
Preferably has previous customer service and sales experience
Is confident working independently, but knows when to involve management.
Has a high attention to detail and works well with a checklist.
Computer literate
Has a friendly and welcoming personality and enjoys being helpful.
Naturally double-checks his or her work to ensure accuracy.
Works in a timely and efficient manner to maximize organizational workflow.
Is comfortable sending e-mails and making phone calls.
Is interested in sales.
