Attention Sales Professionals,
Granada Kitchen Cabinets & Flooring is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as Wholesale Consultant Outside, specializing in RTA (Ready-to-Assemble) cabinets, quartz countertops, SPC vinyl & laminate flooring, stainless steel and ceramic sinks. As the Hiring Manager, I am excited to find a candidate who can drive high volume sales and deliver exceptional customer service with a proven track record of high volume sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences both during and the after-sales.
Promote and sell RTA cabinets, quartz countertops, SPC vinyl & laminate flooring, stainless steel & ceramic sinks products to achieve sales targets in our Wholesale division.
Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers based on their requirements to complete their project and customer feedback.
Coordinate with internal operations at Granada Kitchen Cabinets & Flooring to address logistics and product quality issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the sales team & sales manager to strategize and execute effective sales tactics.
Follow up with customers on pending quotes, order satisfaction and address any customer concerns.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in high volume sales, preferably in the home improvement industry.
Strong knowledge of RTA cabinets, quartz countertops, SPC Vinyl & Laminate flooring, Stainless Steel & Ceramic sink products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Motivated self-starter with a passion for exceeding sales goals with limited supervision.
Proficiency in email communication (Gmail) and MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PDF, Sage & 20-20 Design software.
Compensation and Work Details:
Base pay plus sales commission.
Full-time position with a five-day workweek; Saturdays by customer appointment.
Job Type: Full-time
Starting pay: $20.00 per hour (DOE) plus bonus commission structure after hitting monthly sales goal as set forth by Sales Manager.
