We're a vibrant, membership-only veterans' organization looking for an energetic and self-motivated Front Office Team Member to be the first point of contact for our valued members. This isn't your average front desk job – you'll be an integral part of our mission to serve those who served us. This role requires a unique blend of top-notch customer service skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to effectively self-manage in a sometimes bustling environment.
What You'll Do:
Be the Face of Our Organization: Greet members and visitors with a warm smile and a can-do attitude, creating a welcoming and
positive atmosphere.
Master Multitasking: Handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, to name a few, with efficiency and professionalism.
You'll be juggling multiple tasks at once, so strong organizational skills are a must!
Membership Management: Assist with membership renewals, updates, and inquiries, ensuring a smooth membership experience.
Event Support: Provide support for various organizational events, contributing to the success of our programs.
Office Organization: Maintain a tidy and efficient front office, ensuring supplies are stocked and everything runs smoothly. Your
organizational prowess will be appreciated!
Self-Management: Take ownership of your responsibilities, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage your time efficiently with
minimal supervision. We trust you to get the job done!
Problem Solver: Proactively address member concerns and find creative solutions to challenges. Your resourcefulness will be key!

What You'll Bring:
Proven experience in a customer service role (preferably in a fast-paced environment).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You’ll be interacting with our members daily!
A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to help others.
Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
A passion for serving our veterans is a HUGE plus!
