Our company is expanding, and we are seeking a responsible, well-spoken, detail oriented Administrative and Customer Service Professional to interact with our clients, and client companies with customer service, problem solving, data management, and scheduling their Continuing Education courses.

This is an entry-level, full-time (M-F) employee (W-2) position with Health, Dental, and Vision benefits available after 3 months.

The Success Family of Companies is a nationwide approved provider for Online, Webinar, and Classroom Continuing Education for Insurance Companies, Banks, Financial Planners, CPAs, Insurance Agents, General Agencies, and Securities Brokerage Companies.

Your qualifications should include the following:

Excellent written, grammatical/spelling, and interpersonal/communication skills, whether in person, online, or on the phone

The ability to take initiative, and to work independently, without constant supervision.

Have the capability to prioritize multiple tasks, in order to get them completed in a timely manner.

Enjoy working in a fast-paced and steady environment.

Familiar with the MS Office Suite, especially Excel, along with Quikbooks, with the ability to understand the navigation of any website.

The ability to multi-task, follow-up, and do so with a sense of urgency.

Experience in the Hospitality, Restaurant, and/or Retail Industries a plus, but not required

You should have the ability to solve problems, and deal with variables in situations where little standardization is present.

The capability of effectively presenting information, and respond to questions from our customers, with value-added and positive solutions.

Being Customer Centric and developing solutions for our customers

You should be of the highest Integrity, trustworthy, and set a positive example for others

Quick Learner with the ability to implement the knowledge recently learned

Have an unbeatable work ethic, and willing to go the extra mile

You must have a minimum of one year full/part time work experience.

Bi-Lingual capability a plus but not required.
