Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be at the forefront of our agency, answering multiple phone lines and providing top-notch customer service to our valued clients. You will have the chance to assist clients with policy changes, process insurance payments, and handle various clerical duties while working alongside experienced agents and associates.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with policy change requests
- Handle evidence of insurance requests
- Document each customer contact in our E-agent system
- Greet clients with a friendly manner when they enter the office
- Process premium payments from clients
- Ask for customer referrals
- Treat each customer contact as an opportunity to provide additional financial products
- Verify and update customer information during each contact
- Answer incoming calls promptly
- Return all phone calls and messages in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- Genuine willingness to learn and be coachable
- Upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work well with others and be a team player
- Possession or ability to obtain Personal Lines or Property & Casualty insurance license
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is highly recommended
Compensation:
$20- $23 dollars an Hour based on experience.
Bonus + Commision.
