High-end automotive restoration shop in Orange County, Anaheim Rod and Custom, is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant.
A positive, high-energy, accountable person with strong written and verbal communication skills is what we are looking for. Applicant needs to possess strong organizational skills and be a quick learner. Experience in, a basic knowledge for, or at least a passion for classic cars is expected.
The Administrative Assistant position is a is an office support position that consists of:
Maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures. Which might involve assisting the office manager in client communication & correspondence both written and verbal; scheduling appointments; data entry; ordering office supplies, shop supplies and auto parts; possibly going on occasional parts runs; handling all clerical functions in the office manager's absence; data entry including maintaining paperless filing system; occasionally assisting in some HR responsibilities. Must be able to do light physical labor which could involve lifting up to 40 lbs.
Applicant must be punctual, respectful & above all, positive & capable of working in a family owned small business environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills &the ability to operate a Mac computer and scanner. Experience with Quickbooks, Numbers, pages, or similar programs such as Excel and Word. High school diploma required. College or trade school encouraged. Applicant MUST have a clean driving record as this will be checked.
Must be available to work Mon- Fri and some Saturdays.
