Job Title: Bookkeeper & Office Administrator

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Bookkeeper & Office Administrator to join our team. This is a key position that ensures smooth office operations and accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping Duties:
Perform daily bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online (Including data entry and clean-up)
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
File Quarterly Sales Tax to the State
Manage past due invoices
Support year-end financial preparation and CPA coordination
Administrative Duties:
Maintain office organization and inventory
Answer phones, handle mail, and provide general office support
Manage vendor communication and account setup
Support HR functions like onboarding and employee file maintenance
Assist the CEO with document preparation, and special projects
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in bookkeeping and administrative roles
Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Work Environment:
