Huntington Beach CPA firm is looking for a part-time seasoned bookkeeper. The ideal candidate has the skills and knowledge to take charge of client needs with their accounting services.
Responsibilities:
Full review of assistant's work
Review financial statements for accuracy and completeness
Quality control
Knowledge of GAAP and financial statements
General Ledger reconciliation
Handling general accounting from beginning to end for clients
Qualifications:
4-5 years of accounting experience gained within a public accounting firm is recommended
Proficient with QuickBooks (Online and POS), Creative Solutions, Adobe Acrobat, MS Office Suite, Lacerte
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with coworkers and clients in a professional manner
Ability to handle multiple/detailed tasks with time sensitive deadlines
Strong analytical skills and work ethic, detail-oriented, honest, reliable and responsible
