Accounting/Personal Office Assistant needed Part time located in Costa Mesa. Monday-Thursday 9am-4:30pm (30min lunch break)
Daily duties:
Retrieve mail from post office & mail box. Open and sort.
File any documents, paid bills, etc.
Enter in open bills into quickbooks online.
Calendar bills, appointments, any projects & obligations on iPad.
Order supplies for home & office.
Match and or input receipts-transactions.
Outgoing phone calls to vendors, contractors, or personal.
Answering incoming calls on multiple phones.
Following up on deliveries outgoing & incoming.
Emails outgoing and incoming for work and personal.
Monthly:
Reconcile bank statements.
Reconcile ccd statements.
Download ccd statements & upload into quickbooks online.
Data entry in quickbooks, accepting transactions incoming and outgoing.
Help with organizing projects on excel.
Software knowledge:
QBO/Quickbooks Online a must
Excel or Apple Numbers
Social media & website experience a plus.
This position is contract only-1099
Paid every 2 weeks on Friday's Direct deposit.
