Engage with prospective tenants to review leases, terms of occupancy, and/or ownership
Support property managers in administrative tasks for residential, commercial and/or community association properties
Gather monthly rent and fees
Organize property, maintenance, and landscaping repairs
Aid in preparation of budgets, financial documents and other reports
Process tenant applications, contracts, and leases
Coordinate insurance requirements Requirements - Proven skills in customer service, problem-solving, complaint resolution, and negotiation
Proven interpersonal skills and computer competencies are necessary
Prior real estate, financial and/or contract experience preferred
