Description We have an excellent opportunity for a customer centric Assistant Property Administrator! This role is contract/contract. Do you love helping people and providing exceptional customer service, while working closely with the Property Manager? Then we have a position for you! The Assistant Property Manager will partner with the Property Manager to support 140 units and possess the ability to thrive in an everchanging, fast paced environment. Your responsibilities
Tenant relations
Coordinate insurance requirements
Engage with prospective tenants to review leases, terms of occupancy, and/or ownership
Support property managers in administrative tasks for residential, commercial and/or community association properties
Support preparation of budgets, financial documents and other reports
Handle tenant applications, leases, or contracts
Organize property, maintenance, and landscaping repairs Requirements - Must have experience as Assistant Property Manager in affordable housing industry, specifically Tax Credit and HUD properties.
Proven skills in customer service, problem-solving, complaint resolution, and negotiation
