Description Robert Half is in search for a Finance Manager. The FP& A Manager will play a key role in driving the financial success of the Company by providing relevant financial analysis for the total Company and for operating divisions, building financial models to support projections and long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting to support strategic decision-making. The Director will report directly to the CFO and will collaborate closely with the finance team, operating division leadership and executive management. This position is based in the Corporate Headquarters in Petaluma, CA. o Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to evaluate company performance, identify trends, and provide insights to key stakeholders.o Analyze financial data and metrics to assess risks and opportunities and make recommendations for improvement.o Develop and maintain financial dashboards and performance metrics for monitoring and reporting purposes.o Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.o Evaluate the financial impact of various business initiatives, investments, and projects.o Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate financial models into business planning processes.o Lead the annual budgeting process, including coordinating with department heads to develop detailed budgets aligned with company goals and objectives.o Prepare accurate financial forecasts and variance analysis to track performance against budget and forecast.o Identify opportunities to optimize resource allocation and improve budgeting processes.o Prepare timely and accurate analytical reports, including supporting schedules for the monthly/quarterly financial statements.o Prepare financial / analytical information and analysis for senior management and the board of directors as requested; provide strategic insights and recommendations.o Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on financial matters.o Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute the company's long-term financial strategy and business plans.o Provide financial guidance and support for strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and new product/service launches.o Assess and mitigate financial risks and develop contingency plans to safeguard the company's financial healthRequirements o Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related fieldo MBA or CPA designation preferredo Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, financial planning and analysis, or related roleso Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting techniqueso Excellent organizational, leadership, and people skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence decision-makingo Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems and financial modeling softwareo Strong analytical and critical thinking skillso Proven ability to lead and motivate teamsRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
