- Handle incoming sales by phone, e-mail and online chat.
- Engage, Discover, Build Value, and Advance with each prospect and follow up until they have set an appointment, found a home within our portfolio, or decided not to move.
- Display a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times in dealing with residents, prospects, employees, and outside contacts.
- Provide information regarding specific communities as well as services offered with the goal of generating leases for the sites.
- Input all activity into company provided databases (Pivotal/PCIC, One Site, Interactive Pricing Application) in a timely and accurate manner.
- Accurately communicate the benefits and features of the ICAC portfolio.
- Stay up to date with all promotions/leasing incentives.
- Ability to work in a team environment. Supporting each other to exceed customer expectations and sales goals.
- Provide accurate information to residents and prospects in a courteous manner; fill all reasonable requests or requirements.
- Maintain company's customer service and sales standards.

- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High School diploma from an accredited institution.
- General education degree.
- 2 years of directly related experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and extremely detail-oriented.
- Self-starter, ability to work independently.
- Demonstrate leadership, initiative, and professionalism.
- Ability to adapt to additional job functions and responsibilities as the department expands and evolves to support the business.
