Description Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR operations and maintaining a positive and organized work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in human resources and grow within the field.Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and completeness.

Handle new hire orientations and assist in the onboarding process.

Manage HR documentation and update policies and procedures as needed.

Process employee benefits, including health insurance and leave requests.

Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives.

Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.

Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Prepare reports and presentations for HR metrics and analytics.

Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a bonus

Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a relevant administrative role.

Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.

Positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
