• He / She will have deep skills in user experience research and will be focused on driving enhanced capabilities across the team aside from nurturing and scaling the team with a view on operational excellence.
• He / She will also be focused on managing and overseeing research projects from a quality assurance perspective.
• The main tasks of a UPgM would comprise of: This person will manage the UX capability piece with the RA's and will consult with the ops lead for assignments on the project as needed as well as partner/consult with the RA's as needed on both qual and quant studies.
• But this resource is not going to manage actual operations, they are only going to specialize and manage the UX capability piece within the team, uplevel talent, etc as needed.

• Previous experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research (e.g. usability testing, in-depth interviews, diary studies, cards sorts, surveys, etc) is required.
• 4 - 5 years of experience

• Program and Project Management (P2 - Intermediate)
• Qualitative Research (P2 - Intermediate)
• Quantitative Research (P2 - Intermediate)
