Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of visual design experience in product design or UX/UI design.

Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
8 years of experience working with UX Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Content Strategists, and Product Managers, etc.
Understanding of technical requirements and limitations.
Ability to design compelling user experiences across multiple platforms (Android and web), with a strong portfolio showcasing successful consumer-facing mobile and web applications.
Possesses strong visual, illustration and motion design skills, and capable of thriving in a highly technical environment.
Designer with a strong strategic and critical thinking approach to problem-solving.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Product Managers and Engineers) to develop and execute the product strategy and outlook.
Create compelling designs (user flows, wireframes, prototypes, etc.) that clearly articulate user interactions and design intent.
Communicate design decisions effectively to teams and stakeholders, justify design choices, and advocate for the best user experience.
Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams based on trust and mutual respect.
Define and lead usability studies to gauge the usability of new and existing products, and make constructive suggestions for change and optimization.
