We are hiring for the position of full time Superintendent to join our team! We are seeking a solution-driven individual who demonstrates leadership qualities, effective communication skills, and has a passion for building.
Responsibilities and duties are listed below, but not limited to:
Oversee the project schedule to ensure milestones are met
Ensure the work performed is in accordance with current specifications and plans
Problem solve and be aware of common coordination issues in high-end residential projects
Proficient in reading plans and clearly communicate information to others
Verify submittals and RFIs on an as-needed basis
Communicate professionally with construction team, Homeowners, Architects, Designers and Subcontractors
Coordinate material deliveries, storage, and handling
Be familiar with jobsite safety standards and conduct safety meetings
Maintain jobsite order and cleanliness
Provide weekly status reports including pictures
Professional demeanor and attire
Must be computer savvy and be able to use project management software, (ProContractor), Microsoft suite and Google
Requirements:
5 years superintendent experience in high-end residential construction
Valid California Drivers License, Clean DMV Record
