Turn Around Interiors (Santa Cruz/Southbay area ) is seeking a skilled and creative home stager with a background in set design or interior design to join our team on a part-time, on-call basis. This role is perfect for professionals with at least 1 year of experience in staging, set design, or interior decorating who have a strong eye for design, furniture placement, and styling.
Responsibilities
- Design and arrange furniture for home staging projects.
- Select and style décor to create appealing and market-ready spaces.
- Ensure all staging elements align with our contemporary, transitional, coastal, or mid-century modern styles.
- Work efficiently to set up and take down staging within scheduled timeframes.
- Collaborate with the team to create visually impactful spaces that attract buyers.
- Inspect and maintain staging inventory, ensuring all items are clean and damage-free.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in home staging, set design, or interior design.
- Strong sense of space planning, furniture placement, and décor styling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Reliable transportation to job sites across the Santa Cruz and south bay area.
- Part-time availability with flexibility for on-call projects.
- Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic.
Location: Santa Cruz/Southbay area (warehouse location, Scotts Valley)
Job Type: Part-time, Contract
Pay: Up to $40.00 $50.00 per hour (based on experience)
Ability to Commute: Santa Cruz and Southbay area.
