Turn Around Interiors is looking for a detail-oriented and creative Home Staging Assistant to support our staging projects and help transform properties into beautifully designed spaces. This role is perfect for someone who loves interior design, has a keen eye for aesthetics, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. The ideal candidate will assist with furniture selection, setup, and breakdown, ensuring each property is presented at its best for potential buyers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in staging installation (arranging furniture, décor, and accessories) and de-stages (packing and removal of staging materials) throughout South Bay / Santa Cruz County.
- Help to pack and unpack miscellaneous decor items in the warehouse.
- Assist lead designers with different design options and help to problem solve different layouts of furniture.
- Transport and set up staging items at properties.
- Maintain and organize inventory of furniture and décor.
- Ensure all staging pieces are cleaned, well-maintained, and properly stored.
- Work closely with the lead stager to execute design plans effectively.
- Perform light lifting and physical tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Passion for home design and decorating.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to lift and move furniture and décor items.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between staging locations.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team setting.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 - 15+ hours per week flexible /varies during busy season March - August (working year round)
