Carmel CPA Firm is currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to learn and grow in the field of accounting. On-the-job training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and scheduling
Assist with general office duties and support the firm’s team as needed
Maintain confidentiality of client and firm information
Handle multiple tasks efficiently while working under pressure
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor
Ability to take initiative and manage tasks independently
Excellent multitasking abilities
Strong written and oral communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and grammar
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook (preferred)
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality
Additional Information:
Work hours will be in-person between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, M-F, Saturdays possible during tax season.
