Responsibilities:
Leadership: Mentor, train, and inspire our cleaning technicians to deliver exceptional results.
Scheduling & Coordination: Utilize Jobber to efficiently manage team schedules and assignments. (Prior Jobber experience is a plus!)
Vehicle Management: Ensure the safe operation and maintenance of company vehicles.
Communication: Foster clear communication with cleaning technicians, staff, and clients to maintain high service standards.
Quality Assurance: Conduct pre-shift meetings and thorough quality checks on completed jobs.
Inventory Management: Track supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate resources for every project.
Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and report issues, offering solutions to maintain efficient operations.
Project Management: Create and submit change requests, manage project budgets, and provide performance evaluations.
Your Key Responsibilities (as a supervisor, you'll also oversee these tasks for your team):
Cleaning Tasks: Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and trash removal in various settings.
Escarraga's Luxury Cleaning Standards: Ensure adherence to our high-quality standards and procedures.
Collaboration: Work seamlessly with fellow technicians and the Cleaning Supervisor.
Professionalism: Maintain a courteous demeanor with clients at all times.
Safety: Follow safety guidelines and report any concerns promptly.
Equipment: Use and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years in the cleaning industry, with proven leadership/management experience.
Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish.
Driving: Clean record and valid driver's license.
Background Check: Must pass a standard background check.
Skills: Tech-savvy (basic communication tools), excellent time management, punctual, and a proactive team player.
Preferred: Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations, IICRC certifications, initiative, problem-solving skills, and a client-focused approach.
