Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required. We provide full training!
Your Key Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and trash removal in a variety of settings (offices, homes, etc.)
Follow Escarraga's Luxury Cleaning standards and procedures
Work collaboratively with fellow technicians and the Cleaning Supervisor
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with clients
Adhere to safety guidelines and report any concerns
Use and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly

Initiative and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to anticipate needs and take action
Bilingual Skills (English/Spanish): A valuable asset to our diverse clientele
Client-Focused Approach: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Clean Driving Record & Valid License: For safe use of company vehicles (if applicable)
