We are a fun team-oriented office seeking an experienced RDAEF2 to join our team. We are a small privately owned practice that places great importance on our patients and their experience with us. Our perfect candidate will be self-motivated, and team-oriented, have excellent communication and customer service skills, and a great personality.
This position is Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, with possible 1 Friday per month
Responsibilities include:
-Perform expanded function duties, such as crowns, fillings, Invisalign attachments, etc.
-Assisting the dentist during dental procedures
-Preparing treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures
-Taking dental x-rays
-Performing basic laboratory duties such as taking impressions and pouring models
-Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments and equipment
-Providing patient education on post operative care
-Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records using Eaglesoft
-Demonstrating excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
Required Qualifications:
-Current Registered Dental Assistant Extended Functions 2 License
-California X-ray certification
-Positive attitude
-Willingness to try new things
-Experience with Invisalign
-Able to work overtime as needed
Preferences:
-2-5 years of experience
-Experience with Eaglesoft
-Experience with iTero digital scanning
