Job Summary:
The tasting room host/busser will primarily focus on greeting guests, seating guests, & busing tables after guests finish their wine tasting experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet guests
- Seat guests
- Make, modify, & confirm reservations
- Assist wine club members with wine club pick up orders
- Wash glasses
- Clear tables when guests finish tasting experience
- Thank guests for coming & invite them to join us again
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Must be 21+
- Must have weekend availability (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Outgoing & able to approach guests by initiating conversation
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time
- Must be available to work special events & wine club parties quarterly
- Experience with wine desirable but not essential
