Duties
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements .
Provide accurate wait times and maintain communication with guests during their wait.
Assist in coordinating the flow of guests to ensure a smooth dining experience.
Answer phone calls with professionalism, taking reservations and providing information about the restaurant.
Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent guest relations skills.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in a similar food service role is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette.
Experience in restaurant or hotel environments is advantageous.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
