Universal Staffing is seeking a financial clerk for a part time temp to hire opportunity.
We are looking for someone with a spirit of comradery. Experienced in processing invoices, payments, responding to vendor disputes, good communication and trustworthy.
Accounts Payable: daily and weekly processing of invoices
Payroll: handle employee issues and step in as needed
Compliance in with Federal and Tax reporting
Financials: Reports, financial statements, reconciliation and tax preparation
This position is part time only and requires a clean background.
