United Staffing has partnered with an established, successful company in search of a talented Office Clerk to help provide temporary coverage within their business office. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual that enjoys a fast-paced, multi-faceted work day supporting team success by assisting with duties in accounting, administration, and operations. You’ll work with a seasoned, talented team in a thriving industry. The position is anticipated to be full-time hours with flexibility needed seasonally to work after hours or weekends in order to meet business needs. Spanish language skills a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support such as answering phones, responding to emails, and organizing documents.

Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.

Generate customer invoices and follow up on collections and resolve disputes.

Reconcile invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors while maintaining accurate records.

Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting as needed.

Receive, measure, and track products and perform calculations to create related reports.

Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in an administrative or accounting role.

Proficiency in common office software programs such as QuickBooks and MS Office.

Required flexibility in schedule including nights and weekends during August-December.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges in a dynamic work environment.

Assignment estimated to be a minimum of three months or longer.

Spanish proficiency is a strong plus.

Pay: $21-$23/hr DOE
