About the Role:
We are seeking a forward-thinking Sales Manager to lead our sales operations at the Home Depot location in Riverbank/Modesto. This pivotal role focuses on the sales of premium Solar and Solar Battery products, including the Tesla Powerwall 3, the latest innovation in home energy storage.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Sales Initiatives: Champion the sales of top-tier Solar systems and the Tesla Powerwall 3, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
Team Leadership: Manage a team of sales representatives and lead setters, providing mentorship and support to enhance performance.
Recruitment and Training: Attract, hire, and train top talent for lead generation and sales, fostering a strong pipeline of prospects.
Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers, educating them on the benefits of solar energy and the Tesla Powerwall 3 battery storage solutions.
Market Analysis: Keep abreast of the latest trends and competitor activities to inform strategic sales decisions.
Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales management, with a preference for experience in the solar energy sector.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a sales team.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
In-depth knowledge of solar technology and the renewable energy market.
Compensation:
A competitive EPC with override percentage of all team members
