Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Modesto, CA for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for lead generation, account management, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. The Salesperson will be expected to build and maintain relationships with clients, provide product information and demonstrations, prepare and deliver sales proposals, and meet sales targets. Additionally, the Salesperson will collaborate with the team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base.
Qualifications
Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management skills
Customer service and customer satisfaction focus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in CRM software
Skilled at Microsoft Office and Adobe
Experience in the industrial equipment or related industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
