We are an established preschool seeking a detail-oriented administrative assistant to manage our parent inquiries and enrollment process. This is initially a part-time, remote position with potential for growth.
Employment Type: 1099/Contract
Primary Responsibilities:
Respond to parent inquiries received through our website, email, and phone
Contact prospective parents to schedule on-site tours
Follow up with reminder calls/texts to confirm tour appointments
Conduct post-tour follow-ups to address questions and assist with enrollment
Maintain communication records and inquiry status
Required Process:
Make initial contact with prospective parents the same day inquiries are received
Follow up with additional contact attempts over the next two days if needed
Use provided phone script to guide conversations and schedule tours
Send tour confirmations and reminders to minimize no-shows
Conduct post-tour follow-up calls
Time Commitment & Compensation:
4-week initial contract period
Expected workload: 3-5 new inquiries per week
Base compensation: $80/week
Performance bonus: Additional $20/week when all process steps are completed
Total potential earnings: $100/week
