Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced detail-oriented and versatile Administrative Assistant with accounting experience to join our roofing company and provide support in both accounting and customer service functions. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively. This role will involve handling various administrative tasks related to accounting, customer service, and providing support to other colleagues as needed.
Qualifications/Experience:
4+ years experience as an Administrative Assistant.
3+ years experience in Accounting/Bookkeeping.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
Education and Experience:
High school diploma (Required).
Business Administration Degree (Preferred)
Bilingual in English/Spanish (Preferred).
