Customer Care Representative/Specimen Collection Specialist

Position Hours: Monday through Friday 9am to 4pm
ADTS, Inc. has a great opportunity for a qualified candidate to join our staff as a Customer Care Representative/Specimen Collection Specialist.
Position Summary:
The customer care representative/specimen collection specialist will answer phones, greet clients, perform urine drug screen collections and breath alcohol testing along with general clerical duties such as data entry and electronic maintenance of client information.
Qualifications:
- 1 year experience in administrative/clerical support
- Knowledge of MS Office and Adobe
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Skilled in precise data entry
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting clients in the office and on the phone
- Performing urine drug screen collections and breath alcohol testing
- Performing after-hours drug screen collections as needed
Compensation:
- DOE; $20-$22/hour
- Paid Holidays
